Rigid Mount for Mills
The Perfect Zero Rigid Mount for mills is a permanently installed camera that delivers instant, precise work coordinate alignment directly off the part, eliminating repeated setups, indicating, or probing. With a one-time installation and built-in clearance for safety, it's always ready to use: just remove the cap, focus, and set your coordinates in seconds. For added capability, it can be paired with Part Inspector software to visually check and measure parts in the machine, reducing scrap and saving time while keeping production moving.

One Time Installation
- Install the Perfect Zero Rigid Mount camera using included hardware
- Connect the cable to the unit and route it to the backside of the machine
- Calibrate Rigid Mount camera to the centerline of the spindle
